These terms cover your use of BreakthroughPickleball.com and your registration for our camps. By using the site or registering for a camp, you agree to them.

Camp registration and payment

Your seat is reserved when your payment is completed through our registration page. Prices, dates, times, and locations are listed on each camp page. Early-bird pricing, when offered, applies only during the stated window. Camps have limited capacity and seats are first come, first served.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds — whether initiated by you or by us — are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Participant Agreement

Every camper must sign our Participant Agreement, which covers assumption of risk, waiver of liability, and media consent, before participating. Pickleball is a physical activity; you are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate, and we encourage you to consult a physician if you have any doubt.

Conduct at camps

We work hard to keep camps safe and welcoming. We may decline or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to other campers. In that case, no refund is owed, though we may issue one at our discretion.

Changes to camps

Coaches, drills, and schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control (such as coach illness or facility issues). If we cancel a camp outright, our Cancellation & Refund Policy gives you a full refund or a free transfer.

Website content

The content on this site — text, logos, photos, and graphics — belongs to Breakthrough Pickleball or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written consent. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means.

Third-party services

Registration, payment, and messaging are provided by third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Links to social media and other external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our camps are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakthrough Pickleball is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a camp, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the camp at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
