Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every Breakthrough camp is capped at 12 players so each person gets real coaching attention. When you reserve a seat, we hold it for you and turn others away. This policy tries to be fair to both sides of that.

If you need to cancel

15 or more days before the campYour choice: a full refund, or a full credit toward any future Breakthrough camp — no expiration.
7 to 14 days before the campYour choice: a 75% refund, or a 100% credit toward any future Breakthrough camp.
6 days or fewer before the campSeats are non-refundable at this point, because we can rarely re-fill them. You may take a 50% credit toward any future camp, or send another player of a similar skill level in your place at no charge — just tell us their name and email at least 24 hours before the camp.
No-showNo refund or credit.

If we cancel

If Breakthrough Pickleball cancels a camp for any reason — low enrollment, coach illness, a facility problem, or severe weather — you choose between a full refund or a free transfer to another camp date. We'll notify you by email and text as soon as we know.

Our camps are held indoors, so ordinary rain does not cancel a camp.

How refunds are issued

Refunds return to the original card used at checkout. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Skill level

Our camps are built for 3.0 to 3.5 level players. No DUPR rating is required — you know your own game.

If you arrive and it's clear the camp is a poor fit for your level, we'll move you to a more appropriate camp date at no charge, or refund you in full. We'd rather do that than have you spend four hours in the wrong group.
